By using the Center, you, the user of the Center (“User”), are representing to Trevor Realtors, Inc. ("Company"), the publisher and operator of the Center, that User is at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in the jurisdiction in which you are viewing the Center). User may not use the Center for any unlawful purpose. Company may change the terms in these Terms of Use Agreement at any time. The changes will appear in this Terms of Use Agreement, and User’s use of the Center after the posting of any changes will constitute User’s agreement to the modified terms. User may print a copy of the Terms of Use Agreement for reference.

Modifications of Terms of Use Policy

User understands and agrees that Company may discontinue or change the Center at any time, without notice. Also, User understands and agrees that Company may discontinue or restrict User’s use of the Center for any reason without notice.

Copyright Protection

The content displayed on the Center ("Content") is the property of Company or its licensors, and is protected by US and international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Links to Other Sites

The Center contains hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties. The hyperlinks are provided for the benefit of the users of the Center. A hyperlink to a third party website does not imply that Company endorses the content on or the business of the hyperlinked website, unless the website belongs to a TrevorHomes.com Partner. Except for the websites of our TrevorHomes.com Partners, User is solely responsible for determining the integrity and reliability of the information on the hyperlinked website.

Limitation of Liability

Except as otherwise identified in a specific written Customer Agreement, by using the Center, User is agreeing that under no situation will TrevorHomes.com be responsible for any information contained in, displayed on or omitted from the Center or the website of any TrevorHomes.com Partner, any person's reliance on any such information, whether or not the information is correct, current or complete, the consequences of any action User or any other person takes or fails to take, whether or not based on information provided by or as a result of the use of the sites.

In no event shall TrevorHomes.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use the information service or for cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the service or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of User's transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if the center has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event TrevorHomes.com is found liable, the liability to user or any third parties is limited to $25. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages so some of the above limitations may not apply to user.
